Come work with us!

Working with the right people is everything.

Great people wanted!

Good therapy starts with good people, and nothing matters more to what we are trying to build in Bloomington than having the right people work with us. Clinical experience and professional training are vital, but just as important is human connection and a clear sense of why you do this challenging work. When we hire, we look at more than your resume and credentials. We care deeply about personal fit, how you collaborate with colleagues, and how your personality and values can contribute to the culture we are building.

We know there are plenty of great therapists and plenty of good jobs out there, but we are trying to build something connected, hopeful and deeply human, and we are looking for people of common purpose.  We want to have a real positive impact on the mental health of our neighbors, and we want people who share that vision to join us in that work.

Our priority is not simply filling positions. It’s finding people who genuinely support one another, care deeply about their work, and feel connected to the mission of helping people heal and grow.  If this resonates with you, reach out! We are very particular about the people we work with, but we are always hiring.
