Psychotherapy and Behavioral Health Services
We believe in the power of human connection. In an increasingly digital and isolated world, we believe that compassionate face-to-face care (from a real person who cares about you!) is one of the most valuable things we can offer.

We are a local, family-owned therapy practice. We love Bloomington and this community, and our vision is to provide high-quality therapy services to the amazing people who live and work here.
We believe that people are more than their problems, so our treatment approach focuses on client growth and strengths. We want our clients to thrive in all the ways that matter to them, helping them to meet their challenges and make progress toward meaningful goals.

We are committed to providing respectful, ethical, and anti-oppressive care for all clients. While oppression is an inescapable part of our history and everyday life, we are committed to opposing it in all its forms. This includes an explicit commitment to anti-racist care and LGBTQ+ affirming care.

Initial appointments are $175.
Individual psychotherapy (60 minutes) is $150. Group psychotherapy (60 minutes) is $100. Insurance coverage varies by clinician, plan, and network.

We believe therapy should be human, caring, goal-oriented and flexible. We also believe very strongly that therapy should produce results: clear positive growth and improvement. We prioritize effective evidence-based methods like CBT and EMDR, tailor treatment methods and goals to each client, and always individualize treatment to incorporate your strengths and goals as we plan your care.

In a disconnected world, our focus is providing face-to-face care from a therapist in your community who gets to know you and your needs. We also believe in focusing on your positive strengths and goals, not just problems. Our clinical staff incorporates distinctive evidence-based positive approaches including Goal-Focused Positive Psychotherapy (GFPP) and Positive Psychotherapy (PPT).

Yes! We really believe that there is something unique about meeting with your therapist in-person and face to face. That being said, telehealth is always available as an option for clients who prefer it or need it. Virtual appointments can be a great option when coming in to the office isn't workable for whatever reason.
